Our challenge from Essentia Health was to create an overarching concept that could be used to promote service lines as diverse as orthopedics, heart and more. It needed to include patients and physicians and be emotional and friendly. Above all, it had to have a strong call-to-action to make an appointment.

Our challenge from Essentia Health was to create an overarching concept that could be used to promote service lines as diverse as orthopedics, heart and more. It needed to include patients and physicians and be emotional and friendly. Above all, it had to have a strong call-to-action to make an appointment.

One story at a time
When we talk to people about their day, their job or their vacation, we often ask, “What was the best part?” In asking this, we are trying to draw out the nuggets that make that experience outstanding. When people go through a health event there are best parts too—like being able to move again or being able to live healthier or longer. For physicians, best parts are seeing a patient thrive. Those best parts are the impetus behind this ongoing campaign.
